What are your goals with grace for this week?
Head here to see the goals I set this year based off my one word of Wellness.
Weekly Recap
I feel like we are finally back into somewhat of a normal routine after the holiday business and sickness of the past few weeks. Although this week we need to get back into doing some of our preschool at home activities because it’s been awhile since we had done anything outside of our daily Truth in the Tinsel activities during Advent.
My daughter, who is normally very strong-willed and independent, has been very cuddly of late which is just fine by me! She can through the biggest temper-tantrums about absolutely anything but when she wants to cuddle, she is the sweetest little cuddlebug around!
Early morning cuddles with this sweet girl… my apologies for the dark and grainy photo. I literally live in the darkest house ever and my phone camera doesn’t work so well inside.
My one word of Wellness this year reminds me to slow down and enjoy these special moments when they come around.
What’s On My Nightstand
I’m almost finished with Strong and Kind and I’ve been making progress with The Bridge. I flipped through both Against All Grain books and found a few recipes to try but I don’t think they will be cookbooks I will refer to often. I’m glad I only checked them out from the library.
I also am returning back to Hands Free Life. I checked out the audio version in December but had to return before I finished listening to it. At the end of December I downloaded it on my Kindle when it was one sale so I could finish it. I’m finding myself going back and re-reading to the parts I listened to before because it’s so good!
